Overview:
The sublimation coating printing process is a new type of surface printing process after UV, water transfer and IMD. Because of its high color reproduction, high definition (300dpi), full color, complete rounded corners, no knife cutting nozzles, and no quantitative requirements for design patterns. It has been maturely used in mobile phone protective covers, mobile phone back covers, mobile power shells and other fields.
1. Set the picture size through Photoshop software, print the PET film with an ordinary Epson printer, and dry it.
2. Put the metal fixture into the machine to preheat for 15 minutes. To ensure temperature balance, set the film softening time (16 seconds) and printing temperature time (120°C, 150 seconds)
3. Put the blank low-temperature coating shell and high-temperature mobile phone shell into the fixture, buckle the film, press the automatic button, the machine will automatically vacuum and heat up in advance.
4. Take out the shell after the tray is automatically ejected. The coating shell is completed without cooling, and the printing is completed.
